Voice Processing: When you use voice capture, your audio is processed temporarily for transcription purposes and is not permanently stored by Zenmori or our partners.

Data Privacy with AI: We only partner with AI providers that adhere to strict data privacy standards. Your personal data and brain dumps are used strictly to provide the service to you and are not used by us or our third-party providers to train foundational AI models.

5. How We Share and Disclose Information

We deeply respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations, such as:

• Disk-Level Encryption at Rest: As an additional layer of security, our servers utilize LUKS full-disk encryption to protect all underlying data against unauthorized physical access.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Bot Protection: To protect our website and services from spam, abuse, and automated bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode. Turnstile verifies that interactions with our site are from human users. As part of this process, Turnstile may collect certain device, browser, and interaction data. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you delete your account, your personal data and User Content are permanently removed from our active systems.
