1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Zenmori, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. If you are using Zenmori on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Zenmori is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that processes unstructured "brain dumps" into structured tasks, contact records, and knowledge base entries. The service utilizes third-party cloud Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers to provide natural language processing, semantic search, and automated routing capabilities.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Free Trial: We may offer a 14-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you must enter a valid payment method to continue using the service.

Billing and Payments: Zenmori is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Zenmori's AI features are designed to handle typical, everyday usage for personal and professional organization. To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and manage the costs associated with generative AI, your use of the service is subject to a Fair Use policy. We may impose daily or monthly limits on the number of AI interactions, voice transcriptions, or automated extractions you can perform. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit disproportionately high usage or use automated means (such as bots or scripts) to query our AI services in a manner that degrades the experience for others or incurs unreasonable costs.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all the content you input into Zenmori. We claim no intellectual property rights over your brain dumps, tasks, contacts, or the AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability and AI Accuracy

Zenmori is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Because our service relies on generative AI, we cannot guarantee that the tasks, summaries, or extracted CRM data will always be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenmori and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes to our service or legal requirements. Continued use of Zenmori after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
